Kids Bowl-a-Rama
The 6th
annual Victoria Saunders Bowl-a-Rama is scheduled for Sunday, April 27th,
2008. This years' event will be held at Dickson Bowl on Ainslie Street
in Cambridge. All animal-loving girls and boys aged five to thirteen
are needed to help the animals at the Cambridge & District Humane
Society "Strike it Rich" again in 2008. For further information

The walk will begin at 11am followed by a
day of “dog gone” fun including a BBQ & refreshment stand, silent
auction, information and sale kiosks, dog agility demonstrations,
prizes, contests and games for both pets and people.
All proceeds raised from the event will go directly to the shelter in
order to care for the stray and abandoned animals. With your support we can continue to help
all animals in need.
Pledge sheets will be available at the shelter, local pet stores and
veterinary clinics in April 2008. Please contact the shelter

in our own community, and have continued our rescues and adoptions for
many animals in other Ontario and USA shelters. With your support we can

The EIGHTH ANNUAL Dachshund

All dachshunds (and their owners) are invited to the
official WienerFest day..
There will be hotdogs (no offence intended) & drinks available, plus
games with prizes.

turning 14 ! My
party will be held at the shelter on
Saturday, August 9, 2007, from
11:00am - 3:00pm. Please stop in
to wish me a happy birthday, have
a piece of cake, and visit with all
my furry friends. Although I love
the odd gift for myself, I would also
like some gifts to share. My feline
friends really need cat and kitten
dry and canned food.
